Job Summary
BakerRisk is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing and communications team. This person will create engaging and high-quality content including social media posts, eblasts, newsletters, blog posts, infographics, videos, and more. This individual needs to be a self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under multiple deadlines. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Write content for our website, brochures, digital media, email and more
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on different platforms such as social media, blogs, email, website, and video channels.
- Create engaging and high-quality content like articles, e-newsletters, eblasts, newsletters, blog posts, infographics, and videos.
- Research and come up with content ideas that match the company's tone and values.
- Carry out paid content promotions and lead generation activities.
- Monitor KPIs to track and measure the success of content marketing campaigns.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery across all channels.
- Keep up with current trends, news, and events relevant to our industries.
- Constantly find ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of content marketing strategies.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Have a track record in content marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing
- Possess strong skills in SEO, digital media, and CMS
- Familiar with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Possess excellent communication skills and can create engaging written or visual content for different audiences
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team
- Proven ability to be effective in fast-paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking, technology, and possesses and seeks an ever-increasing global and cultural awareness.
- A planner, able to prioritize a changing task-set effectively.
- Have great organizational skills and can handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Be adaptable and able to learn new skills quickly
