Job Summary

The Global Content Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing a global content strategy that resonates with diverse audiences across regions. Operating within an in-house agency environment, this self-starting individual will craft high-quality, engaging content across a variety of platforms and channels, including websites, social media, blogs and articles, email campaigns, and print. Additionally, the role encompasses thought leadership pieces, press releases, and other external communications to elevate the company's brand, drive awareness, and generate demand for its products in international markets.

The ideal candidate has experience in both B2B (Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Medical Spas) and B2C (Aesthetic Procedure Consumers) environments. They combine creativity and analytical thinking with a global perspective, collaborating with regional teams to ensure content aligns with local nuances and strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of content in the digital era, including brand voice consistency, SEO, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

Content Creation and Strategy
  • Develop compelling global insight-driven content, including brochures, thought leadership articles, blogs, and press releases, tailored for external stakeholders and multiple regions.
  • Write and edit copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative assets, including visual and video content, to enhance storytelling.
Campaign and Channel Optimization
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create email marketing initiatives, including nurture and loyalty-building campaigns for businesses and consumers, tracking performance and refining messaging to boost engagement.
  • Create high-performing content for websites and support the transition into a single Cynosure Lutronic site, optimizing content, driving web traffic and ensuring local relevance.
  • Create and maintain a global content calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and regional priorities.
Performance Analysis and Insights
  • Work closely with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of content across regions, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
  • Monitor trends, competitive landscapes and beauty/wellness sites globally to introduce innovative content approaches that enhance customer and consumer acquisition and retention.
Global Collaboration
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams to adapt and scale content for local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Support cross-functional projects by contributing expertise in messaging, tone, and audience engagement strategies.
Thought Leadership and Brand Reputation
  • Craft thought leadership content, including articles and blogs that position the company as an industry innovator and trusted leader.
  • Develop press releases and corporate announcements to communicate milestones and brand initiatives to global audiences.
Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
  • 7+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in a global or multinational organization.
  • Proven expertise in writing, editing, and producing high-quality content for diverse platforms and B2B and B2C audiences - women's health, aesthetics, beauty/wellness preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams in a global organization.
Skills
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on crafting clear, concise, engaging, and impactful messaging.
  • Proficiency in SEO optimization and familiarity with analytic tools for performance tracking.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global cultural and linguistic differences to effectively tailor messaging.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems, email marketing platforms, and design tools.
  • Comfortable in international environments with appreciation for diversity of thought.
  • Proactive, creative, with a strong eye for detail, and fluent in all content and media types.
  • Languages other than English a plus.
