Job Title: Technical Proposal Writer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to create clear, compliant, and compelling proposal documents aligned with customer requirements and business goals. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, SMEs, and project personnel to develop proposals, improve existing content, and ensure alignment with RFP guidelines. Occasional support for project delivery documentation may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFPs, customer requirements, and compliance limitations to structure technical proposals.
• Draft and refine content by adapting existing materials, interviewing SMEs, and ensuring consistency.
• Manage proposal timelines, content quality, and compliance with professional writing standards.
• Format and prepare technical documents, integrating infographics and other visual elements.
• Improve proposal efficiency by updating templates and maintaining content databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in IT, engineering, or transporation, ITS, traffic, mobility technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• U.S. citizenship is required
