Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Development Specialist to bring fresh ideas, guide our digital efforts, and train new sellers through engaging video content.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and refine innovative marketing campaigns that drive the success of our e-commerce platform and other programs.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, SEO, SEM and display advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the team to create captivating content, including social media posts, online marketing materials, and training videos.
- Be the voice of a new program at Rada Cutlery—leading engaging video content to train and onboard new sellers.
- Ensure all content reflects our brand’s values, maintaining a keen attention to detail across written, visual, and video projects.
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring campaigns effectively generate demand for our products.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce and marketing trends, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Who You Are:
- You have proven experience in e-commerce marketing, and you understand what it takes to build and maintain successful online campaigns.
- You have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
- You’re confident in front of a camera and excited to represent our brand, helping train and inspire new sellers through engaging video content.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for storytelling that connects with audiences.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- You stay on top of the latest marketing and social media trends, always looking for ways to elevate your work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools is a plus.
