About The Position We are looking for an enthusiastic, multifaceted and experienced Creative Project Manager who has been in the marketing (or related) field professionally for at least 5-7 years and is craving a collaborative team culture. As a Creative Project Manager, you are fundamental to ensuring that at an individual project and business level we are providing solutions that always endeavor to make the work better, bring best in class client delivery, and optimize efficiency. In this role, the Creative Project Manager will oversee the management and execution of digital, social, and video storytelling projects for our client accounts. You will work closely with clients, copywriting/design teams, production teams, and other stakeholders. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties and be available to attend in-person client events. Candidates must have availability Monday – Friday during core business hours (9 AM – 6 PM ET) with some evening or weekend work to accommodate client events or project deadlines. Some travel will be required. About You You’re a key hire, and we’re counting on you to bring both the expertise and the experience to get the job done. You’ve mastered the art of managing digital and video projects from concept to production, and you’re ready to hit the ground running. You’re a natural at planning and collaborating with stakeholders to define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. You thrive on creating comprehensive project plans, from detailed creative briefs to timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Your attention to detail and forward-thinking approach ensure smooth execution at every stage of production, all while delivering exceptional results. You actively monitor progress, keeping everything on track, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and addressing potential roadblocks before they become issues. With your ability to manage multiple projects at once, you know how to prioritize, juggle, and deliver—no matter how complex the project stages may be. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Digital Campaigns & Video Production: Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive creative briefs, project plans, including timelines, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Assume accountability of creative projects – ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget and timeline constraints through active monitoring of project progress, tracking tasks, and proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. Manage and prioritize concurrent projects, at various project stages of planning and development. Own and lead internal status meetings, project planning meetings, and manage workflow of projects assigned to third party vendors. Coordinate communications between “Pod” working teams and clients to help facilitate a frictionless process for all. Proactively anticipate creative team needs, both internally and externally. Support the “Pod” teams by ensuring accountability across channel deliverables. Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and re-prioritize projects, constantly weighing business needs against bandwidth. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports. Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to the Creative Director. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate. Clearly communicate project timelines, deliverables, and any changes to clients, setting realistic expectations and ensuring alignment. Anticipate, address, and resolve any client concerns or issues quickly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and trust. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services. Lead in person and virtual meetings for clients. Content Strategy and Storytelling: Implement content strategy to guide content creation and storytelling efforts for each client. Develop and utilize strategy to guide decision-making in client interactions, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives. Develop and execute organic content and storytelling strategies that align with the strategic direction outlined for each client account. Maintain and organize client Content Calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content in alignment with the developed strategy. Review and approve social media copy and graphics for the clients’ social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics across various channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, campaign performance, and overall client success. Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and analytics, trends, and actionable recommendations. Business Development (Added bonus, but not required!): Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. Create and implement strategies to expand the account base, increase revenue, and achieve business development goals. Implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business. Systems We Use: Airtable, Slack, Zoom, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, GSuite, Zapier, WordPress, Flodesk, Final Cut Pro, Pipedrive, Fireflies, and more! Systems Our Clients Use: All of the above plus Squarespace, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Dropbox, Vimeo. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have proven experience in managing video production projects, including concept, development, and execution. Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and push the boundaries of traditional project management to deliver standout results. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and workflows. Skilled in identifying potential risks or challenges early and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track. Experience in leading, mobilizing, and motivating teams, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Punctual, proactive and dependable with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re professional, yet assertive. Organizing and triple-checking work gets you excited! Comfortable working with various stakeholders at large organizations and nonprofits.
