Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

PrimaryResponsibilities:

NextGen Leads is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Media Buyer. The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing media placements across a variety of channels, including but not limited to social media, email, display, and search advertising. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of paid marketing experience who is looking to grow their career in media buying!


Working with NextGens Marketing Department and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Media Buyer will join a team focused on sourcing and developing new profitable sources to NextGens owned and operated web properties. This role will include cross collaboration with our Development, Design, and Sales team. The ability to work autonomously and maintain self imposed deadlines is also key to success within this role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the company is actively testing new potential traffic sources with the overarching goal of increased profitability
  • Create, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to hit specific ROI goals
  • Conduct hand-on bid optimizations; develop and implement strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed volume & ROI targets
  • Work with the Design and Development teams to develop creative assets and content, and drive the creative testing roadmap
  • Continuously ideate and A/B test creatives and site targeting to optimize for conversions and scale.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Prior experience in marketing or media buying is required
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other data analysis tools


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field required


Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 DOE
