Digital Content Creator & Ad Coordinator Greater Seattle or Portland Areas Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience Job Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Digital Content Creator & Ad Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing engaging digital content and coordinating targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Facebook. The primary goal is to attract and engage specific audiences, driving traffic to landing pages designed to convert views into sales. Reports to the Regional Vice President. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media ad targeting, and conversion-focused strategies, with a passion for turning ideas into actionable marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop compelling digital content (articles, blog posts, graphics, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring visibility and relevance to target audiences. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and persuasive ad creatives. Ad Campaign Coordination: Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, focusing on lead generation and conversion. Use audience insights, market research, and data analytics to define specific target groups and customize ad content for each demographic. Continuously optimize ad performance by testing copy, visuals, and landing pages (A/B testing). Targeting & Strategy: Implement effective audience segmentation strategies to reach the right customer profiles. Utilize retargeting techniques to recapture the attention of potential customers who have interacted with previous ads. Ensure ads meet platform guidelines and are designed to achieve maximum click-through and conversion rates. Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns and landing pages, adjusting strategies based on data to improve results. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to create, update, and optimize landing pages for high conversion. Ensure a seamless user experience from ad click to conversion by testing page load times, form usability, and content clarity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or comparable experience. 2+ years of experience in digital content creation and managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proven experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive, sales-driven content. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with email marketing campaigns and landing page software (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage). Familiarity with e-commerce and direct response marketing. Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
