Description Are you a thoughtful, strategic, and detail-oriented marketing operations professional looking to help a growing and dynamic marketing organization grow and reach its full potential? We are looking for a super-star candidate with a background in marketing operations including planning, workflow, project management, production, budgeting, team development, and communications. On our team, you’ll balance setting high-level strategy to improve effectiveness and build morale with managing day-to-day operational details, and will thrive working in a dynamic and continually changing environment. - This senior marketing leader will ensure the successful operations of a growing global org of marketers spanning Product Marketing, Communications, Channel Marketing, Insights & Research, Creative, Localization, and Production. - Enable the entire marketing organization to work more effectively, communicate with each other in new ways, and scale to support our growing business. - Own our annual and quarterly planning and goal setting process, including look-backs to ensure we are all learning from our efforts. - Work with our marketing leads and Finance team to budget effectively. - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication through effective status updates. - Develop employee engagement forums and programs to maintain the special team culture we enjoy now while we grow. - Support our leadership with effective internal communications and team-building moments. - Ensure our teams are driving to key milestones including executive reviews. - Anything else you see to help ensure that the team is equipped to deliver the quality Apple marketers demand of themselves. Minimum Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in marketing operations or project management. Marketing or advertising agency experience is helpful. Experience in positions of leadership and/or driving cross-functional teams to achieve results. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Action-oriented. Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
