About the role:
Atmosphere is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the productization and go-to-market strategies for our growing portfolio of advertising products. In this role, you will develop and launch innovative advertising solutions, identify new growth opportunities, drive ad product marketing, and shape our overall product strategy. With over 150 million people watching Atmosphere's content in businesses every month, you will play a crucial role in meeting advertiser goals by building products that meet their needs, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring effective audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch engaging, top-tier advertising products that resonate with our customers and audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Define and execute our pricing and packaging strategy for advertising products.
  • Partner with the sales team to shape the future of advertising outside the home, drive client acquisition, and foster renewals
  • Evaluate opportunities and market potential to make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive rapid growth and improvements across our advertising product portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of go-to-market strategies and ensure their success.
  • Lead the expansion of Atmosphere’s advertising capabilities in alignment with market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager working directly with engineering teams, preferable in an ad-supported or ad-tech business
  • Demonstrated history making data-driven decisions
  • Attention to detail in every step of the product process from gathering requirements, to writing documentation, to approving development work
  • Keen understanding for what makes great digital experiences

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
