POSITION SUMMARY:
The Paid Advertising Specialist at GOLDLAW will lead the firm’s paid media strategy, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and growth across multiple platforms. This role encompasses managing and optimizing campaigns across Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming platforms, digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads and display networks), traditional media (TV and radio), paid social media, and programmatic advertising. Working closely with the Chief of Marketing and Business Development, the Paid Advertising Specialist will support balancing data-driven decision-making with compelling storytelling to deliver impactful, compliant campaigns. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the specialist will ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization of all paid initiatives.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across OOH (e.g., billboards, transit ads), OTT streaming platforms (e.g., Hulu, YouTube TV), digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, display networks), traditional media (TV & radio), paid social media, and programmatic platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Ensure all advertising complies with Florida Bar regulations and GOLDLAW’s internal guidelines for ethical and legal marketing practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for GOLDLAW’s advertising strategy.
- Design and execute A/B tests across platforms to evaluate ad performance, creative effectiveness, audience targeting, and bidding strategies, implementing learnings to optimize future campaigns.
Vendor and Media Partner Collaboration:
- Liaise with external vendors, media buyers, and platform representatives to secure placements, negotiate terms, and ensure campaign success.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and messaging that adhere to GOLDLAW’s brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches to paid advertising, testing new formats, tools, and strategies to enhance GOLDLAW’s visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the planning and integration of campaigns across multiple advertising channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with GOLDLAW’s marketing goals.
Marketing Strategy Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing team, leadership, and other stakeholders on campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event messaging is aligned with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Track marketing KPIs and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives related to business development and events.
- Establish and document processes for campaign management, ad trafficking, and performance analysis to streamline operations and ensure consistent execution.
Budget Management
- Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within limits.
- Work closely with finance to reconcile marketing expenditures and prepare cost-effectiveness reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in paid media campaign management, covering both digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Proven expertise in managing advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with OTT platforms like Hulu, YouTube TV, and other streaming services.
- Knowledge of OOH advertising processes, traditional media buying (TV & radio), and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and reporting dashboards to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, geotargeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and how paid media integrates with organic, PR, and brand initiatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of advertising trends, tools, and regulations, especially Florida Bar advertising guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to urgent campaign needs or unexpected marketing opportunities.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable results.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and external vendors, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and implement solutions.
- Experience negotiating with media partners, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ability to address challenges and adapt to evolving campaign needs or unexpected opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in presenting campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to leadership, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
- A track record of identifying emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance advertising strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
