We are seeking a Director of Marketing Solutions to join the BBB team. This individual will be a visionary leader who will develop and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on expanding BBB's digital and outdoor advertising offerings. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Team Operations

  • Drive strategic planning and product exploration to fuel growth and innovation.
  • Scale revenue-focused processes and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Develop systems, procedures, and policies that optimize team performance.
  • Monitor team performance, making adjustments to ensure revenue goals are met.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee training initiatives, onboard new team members, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Client Relationships & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary contact for key advertisers and agencies, building and deepening senior-level relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create cohesive strategies and support customer-centric initiatives.
  • Champion the customer experience, gathering feedback to improve satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Campaign Analysis

  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Set and meet revenue targets through effective goal setting, performance tracking, and resource management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of five years in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue targets, with expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

  • Sales & Advertising Knowledge: Expertise in digital and outdoor advertising, including programmatic and content marketing.
