Job Description:
The VP of Account Strategy will lead one of our client services teams in developing and implementing integrated marketing solutions to drive client success. This role focuses on building strong client partnerships and driving impactful advertising results across digital (video, social, search, programmatic), traditional media (TV, radio, print, OOH), and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media planning, marketing analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead an Account Strategy team, understanding client needs, developing media strategies and overseeing media planning to deliver on client goals
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying needs, and optimizing performance
- Identify opportunities to explore solutions for client growth in data, digital and analytics
- Leverage data & analytics to enhance client results and promote actionable insights
- Oversee workflow and process improvement, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Support new business development and manage agency profitability
- Partner with executive leadership to define agency objectives and client growth opportunities
- Ensure contracts, financials and profitability of accounts meets agency "best practices"
- Guide professional development and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture focused on client success
- 15+ years in an agency environment, with expertise in digital and traditional media
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven marketing and client growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines and manage senior-level client relationships
- Experience with national/local accounts and a history of business development success
- Bachelor's degree; digital certifications a plus
