Job Overview

MVR Digital is seeking an exceptional Client Success Manager with deep expertise in cross-channel performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of full-funnel advertising strategies, from awareness through conversion, and understand how different channels work together to drive results. You should be able to articulate the nuances between view-through and click-through conversions, explain attribution modeling to clients, and demonstrate how Connected TV fits into a modern marketing mix.


You must be excellent at translating complex performance data into actionable insights for clients. Beyond technical expertise, you'll need outstanding relationship management skills to lead weekly client meetings, provide strategic guidance, and maintain strong partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Media Management

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Understand and explain the interplay between awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
  • Analyze view-through and click-through attribution across channels
  • Optimize channel mix based on full-funnel performance data
  • Guide clients on brand awareness plays such as Connected TV and measurement
  • Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation across channels


Client Leadership & Communication

  • Lead weekly client meetings with confidence and strategic insight
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they impact performance
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent, value-added communication
  • Present performance updates that connect marketing metrics to business outcomes


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Monitor and analyze cross-channel performance metrics
  • Ensure campaign optimization recommendations are implemented effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams on creative asset development and deployment
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Run independent analysis reports (80% without strategist involvement)
  • Customize and maintain client dashboards
  • Identify and present opportunities for account growth


Technical Requirements Media Expertise

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Experience with Connected TV advertising and measurement
  • Strong grasp of attribution modeling and measurement
  • Expertise in performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Understanding of how different channels support each other throughout the customer journey


Analytics & Reporting

  • Ability to analyze cross-channel attribution data
  • Experience with view-through and click-through conversion analysis
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting performance reports
  • Understanding of various attribution windows and their impact
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets


General Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing and client success roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools


Location & Compensation

  • Location: Must reside in either Colorado or New York
  • Terms: Full time W2

  • Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000 USD annually
