As an Art Director working on our new AAA FPS game, you will help create the world and visuals for a brand-new video game IP. Not only will you develop the look and feel of our game and world, but you will also build the team, tools, and processes needed to make it a reality.

What you'll get to do:
Discover, drive, and deliver the vision for the look and feel of our new IP.
Effectively drive communication around look and feel through concept sketches, style guides, reviews and more.
Build and lead a tight but effective art team.
Collaborate and support game experiences from prototype to final product.
Build and maintain pipelines for internal and outsourced art delivery.
Identify ways to improve productivity by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
Participate in regular internal playtesting and help drive discussion around challenges and opportunities.
Work with researchers to validate look and feel assumptions.
Requirements:
What we are looking for: Have previously shipped at least 1 AAA title as Art Director or senior art leader for PC or console platforms.
Highlight decisive leadership in a prototype and production game development environment.
Able to work with technical and creative leaders alike to establish and build a holistic and resonant marriage of gameplay experiences and game aesthetics.
Can bring a player focused mindset to discussion and outcomes.
Pluses: Experience with Unreal or Unity engine.
Experience launching games which live for years.
Experience building outsourcing relationships and pipelines.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $135,600 to $283,200 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
