Part-Time Audience Services Representative Job at Celebrity Series in Boston

Part-time Audience Services Representative needed to work 15 to 20 hours per week during weekday business hours and assisting on-site during evening & weekend performances. Flexible hours are available. This is a hybrid position that will include both in office, at venue, and work from home days with an emphasis on customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.

The Audience Services Representative will provide outstanding customer service to all existing and potential patrons, resolve ticketing issues, and respond to customer inquiries with empathy and authority. This position reports to the Assistant Manager of Audience Services and may include additional administrative duties such as preparing mailings, data management, proofreading emails, etc.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service ethic; experience working with the public preferred
• Excellent telephone and computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Able to problem-solve while working independently from home
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• A commitment to advancing anti-racism efforts in the workplace and an interest in Celebrity Series' ongoing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals.
• Experienced in ticketing software, Tessitura experience preferred

Work Environment

The Celebrity Series offices are located in the office building at 20 Park Plaza, Suite 1032, in Boston's Back Bay. The building is convenient to public transportation and is fully accessible. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
