What you will be doing:
The Project Manager Support (PM Support) assists the Project Managers with administrative tasks and project coordination to help ensure each job is completed on time, to specification, and within budget. The PM support is responsible for creating and processing change orders, reviewing job site reports for details and accuracy, coordinating communication/meetings, assisting in acquiring ordered job items and ensuring they are delivered to the site, and overseeing the job close-out process.

- Accurate and quick typing and 10-key skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Advanced computer skills- Microsoft Office and Excel
