Prior experience with L1 monitoring: supporting digital video workflows and escalations

Experience working with engineering to monitor traditional and digital signal transmission

Insight Global is hiring for a L1 Digital/Broadcast Operator to sit onsite here in Stamford, CT for a large, streaming & multimedia company. This person will work 4 10-hour shifts with 3 month-rotation of shifts. This person will be responsible for single live event broadcast coverage (real-time monitoring) and L1 support. Responsibilities include monitoring and support digital video workflows, insert triggers into live stream (ex. ads or polls), communicate with production teams to ensure high quality broadcasts, work with engineering to monitor both traditional and digital
