Are you passionate about affordable housing and ready to make a difference? We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Community Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned housing communities, ensuring smooth leasing processes while maintaining compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations.Youll serve as a key liaison between tenants, maintenance, and corporate operationshelping create thriving, well-managed housing environments.

What Youll Do:
  • Manage community operations, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and special housing programs.
  • Perform leasing activities including eligibility determination, rent calculations, and lease signings.
  • Support residents with occupancy, complaint resolution, and transfer paperwork.
  • Oversee the upkeep of properties by coordinating with maintenance for repairs and inspections.
  • Administer annual re-certifications in partnership with the Compliance Manager.
  • Assist in handling resident relations and evictions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized resident files and ensure Fair Housing Laws compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually develop your property management skills.
What Youll Bring:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must pass the Pennsylvania Real Estate License exam within one year of employment, and IRS Section 42 certification within the same timeframe.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in property management. Experience with HUD programs and Yardi software is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, peers, and supervisors.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to handle physical demands such as prolonged desk work and light lifting.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hrhourly rate, in addition to acomprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance,a retirement plan, 14 days of paid time off, and 14 holidays.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-3pm (37.5 hours per week)
