CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $52,000 Per year + ability to earn an additional 20% of salary through performance bonuses

- Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on-site, which involves managing the property to the approved operating budget, overseeing the lease-up of the property, collect rents, manage delinquency, and submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
- Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residents
- Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
- Promote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and on-going job performance evaluations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Ability to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding software
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
- Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
- Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget, P&L ownership
- Team Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed
- "Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience required.
