Digital Envoy (DE) is the leader in geolocation and VPN data for over 25 years for customers in various verticals - Streaming Media, Ad Tech, Cybersecurity, E-commerce, and Data Analytics. Our core product IP address geolocation powers customers like Netflix, Hulu, Trade Desk, Paypal, AWS, Apple, and many others. Our VPN and Proxy data coupled with accurate IP address geolocation data helps companies determine malicious activity for threat intelligence, authentication, and digital privacy.


We are looking for a creative, strategic, and resourceful Content Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing to own our content strategy and execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand, driving organic growth, and engaging our audience across multiple channels.


The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer capable of translating complex technical subject matter into compelling narratives that clearly communicate value propositions. This role will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and executing a content marketing calendar encompassing blogs, eBooks, case studies, and social media content.


You will play a key role in understanding our audience’s pain points and challenges across industries and personas, creating content that drives engagement, thought leadership, and measurable results.


This person can work remotely from any of the following states: California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Pennsylvania (PA), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA)


Georgia residents are encouraged and welcomed to join us a couple days/week in our Peachtree Corners, Georgia office.

What You'll Do:

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing calendar, including blogs, eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and product messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic and supporting the lead gen engine.

Writing & Storytelling:

  • Develop and deliver content tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and sales objectives to nurture and convert leads effectively.
  • Craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that simplifies complex topics while resonating with target audiences.
  • Develop compelling narratives that establish thought leadership and demonstrate our solutions’ value.

Social Media Management & Growth:

  • Own social media strategy and execution, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social performance, optimizing content based on analytics and audience insights.

Industry & Persona Research:

  • Research industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft highly relevant and impactful content.
  • Understand and address the unique pain points and needs of key personas across industries.

Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Partner with demand generation, sales, and product teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage content creation workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • A naturally curious and proactive mindset, with a passion for learning and storytelling.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical subjects into clear, engaging content.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, management, and growth.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content assets such as blogs, eBooks, case studies, social media posts, video scripts, and newsletters.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, buyer personas, and value proposition development.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform content and social strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
