Specific duties

- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to create content that enhances user experience, maintains brand consistency, and aligns with special releases, promotions, and current events.

- Own and manage all organic social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and social media calendar planning.

- Produce UGC-style visual content using a smartphone, including filming, editing, and posting reels and photos, with a focus on neuroscience and brain-health topics.

- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.

- Track and report on KPIs for content marketing activities, analyze campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

- Stay informed about cultural moments, emerging platforms, social media trends, and best practices in digital marketing within the health and wellness space.

- Create engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, social media content, and website copy with AI-driven SEO strategies in mind.

- Draft performance-driven content for paid social, landing pages, and other marketing assets.

Ad-hoc

- Assist with influencer and affiliate outreach

- Support email marketing campaigns, and collaborate on integrated marketing initiatives.

- Support PR efforts by crafting press releases and distributing content to media outlets; assist in event coordination and on-site logistics as needed.

Requirements

- University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, and SEO, with proven ability to grow and engage audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and experience in crafting content optimized for SEO and performance across a variety of channels.

- A trendhacker mentality: you know how to spot emerging trends and leverage them to create impactful content.

- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools, plus experience using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and improve key content KPIs.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure success metrics, and refine strategies based on insights.

- Comfortable creating, shooting, and editing visual content, with a focus on neuroscience and brain-health topics. Willingness to appear on camera and film others, with a creative and visually driven mindset.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

- Passionate about exceeding KPIs and contributing to organizational growth.

- Interest in neurotechnology, brain health, or meditation, ideally with a personal practice.

Bonus skills

- Graphic design experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.

- Experience in creating and coordinating email campaigns.
