E-Commerce Content Coordinator

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a well-qualified E-Commerce Content Coordinator to implement and maintain content for company website properties while ensuring a clean and sophisticated online user experience.

As an E-Commerce Content Coordinator, you will

  • Update and/or post content (text, photos, videos, graphics, blogs, press releases, instruction sheets, translations, etc.) to our online website properties
  • Resolve any website related issues that arise from the Customer Service team
  • Review websites for errors and general maintenance, ensuring no grammatical, coding, style, functionality, or layout errors
  • Submit, update, and test eCommerce team related programming tickets from third party developer
  • Research and benchmark website vs. other eCommerce websites and bring ideas to the eCommerce team
  • Work with graphic designers and video team on marketing assets
  • Work with Photo Studio team to track, update, and add new product images across all company website properties
  • Upload new or updated product videos to all company website properties
  • Update Product Pages with Seasonal imagery updates
  • Find opportunities to increase time on page with engaging photo galleries, videos, animations
  • Create new and keep-up-to-date process documents for many eCommerce systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Website Design/Marketing or related field required
  • Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Experience in using Google Analytics and tracking website changes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent understanding of website usability and best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEO tools
  • Exceptionally strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and a style that maximizes web content usability and accessibility
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills to plan and complete tasks that contribute to long range goals with the ability to switch focus to immediate changes in a dynamic environment all while performing at a world class level
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to seek out and implement changes that benefit the company
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
