Akkodis is seeking a Content Manager Senior for a Contract-to-hire job with a client in McLean, VA (Hybrid). Candidateresponsibilities include content creation, video editing, and managing communication strategies for enterprise projects.

Rate Range: $80/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Content Manager Senior job responsibilities include:

• Lead content creation, including video editing and production, for various platforms.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise-level projects.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth adoption of changes.
• Facilitate training sessions and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze change impacts and assess readiness across stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline content and change management processes.
• Produce executive-level reports, translating complex data into digestible visuals or short videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and continuity in content delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in change management and program management.
• Strong proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).

Pay Details: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour
