What You’ll Do:
Manage and Organize Content
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital content library to support marketing and business development needs.
- Coordinate headshots and event planning, ensuring timely collection and organization of assets.
- Oversee the compilation and distribution of post-conference abstracts and presentations for internal use.
- Keep documentation and marketing assets organized for easy access and use across the team.
Drive Digital Marketing Efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content across platforms, including social media, websites, intranet, and email campaigns.
- Enhance the BSA LifeStructures brand through integrated digital and social media strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital content performance to guide future strategies.
- Keep the website up to date, ensuring all content is relevant and aligns with corporate branding.
- Promote the ethical and professional use of corporate messages, logos, and graphics.
Support Marketing Projects
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for marketing projects, ensuring seamless communication between team members and departments.
- Research and compile information on projects, team members, and company news for use in proposals, press releases, social media posts, and award submissions.
- Draft and proofread content, including project descriptions, team bios, and company profiles.
- Perform basic photo editing and verify usage rights for projects, events, and team assets.
Manage Industry Lists and Surveys
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to identify and prepare submissions for industry and regional recognitions, such as “Best Places to Work” and ENR Top Lists.
- Meet deadlines for all submissions and maintain an internal list for tracking progress and outcomes.
Provide Guidance and Industry Insights
- Stay informed about marketing and communication trends within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Serve as a resource for BSA team members on effective social media practices and corporate communication standards.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and engaging in both written and verbal formats.
- Organized and Results-Oriented: Excels at managing deadlines, juggling priorities, and tracking success metrics.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Apps), and social media tools such as HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passion for Content: Demonstrates a deep interest in crafting compelling stories and leveraging effective communication.
