Position Purpose:
StoneX is looking for a high performing Digital Content Specialist to manage the web channel demand for our B2B websites, including www.StoneX.com and sub brands. This person will be part of the global marketing team, reporting into the Head of Websites & Digital Experience and working alongside our in-house SEO specialists, Web Developers, Web product owners, Paid Media specialists and many more. An eye for design, an ability to relate to clients content needs and an understanding of the web site development process are critical for success in this position.
The role works also alongside other website editors, while acting as the key point of contact and the specialist for our corporate & B2B websites. While responsibilities include timely publishing of web content, creating new pages or updating SEO settings, this person is also expected to work closely with business stakeholders to identify best performing solutions to various requests (e.g. supporting web pages for a new marketing campaign, new product launch etc.)
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and delivering daily, while also willing to take a step back and look for opportunities to optimize some of our delivery processes but also client-facing journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of StoneX.com website (with various subdomains and regional variations)
- Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
- Be the CMS SME and advise colleagues on digital best practices
- Ensure company monthly, quarterly and annual financial data on websites is up-to-date
- Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages
- Website quality assurance help test and review website content for errors
- Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
- Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code
- Assist with the integration and updates of Google Analytics into our databases and websites
- Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
- Assisting project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
- Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports
- Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
- Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
- Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the companys websites

- 3-5 years of experience in web management with consumer facing web sites
- Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System)
- Strong sense of ownership, ability to sustain constructive debates and hold opinions
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
- Continually work to understand our customers needs and challenges. Utilize their feedback to evolve customer interactions and experiences.
Preferred:
- Corporate level web CMS (Sitecore, Adobe, any headless CMS)
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree

- Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote
