About the Team

GOAT is looking for a highly organized, passionate, and creative strategic thinker for our Senior Content Associate role. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our social media and influencer marketing efforts, with a strong focus on growing our Instagram, TikTok and Twitter channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing dynamic content campaigns that leverage competitive insights and anticipate platform trends, all while promoting a community-centric approach. We are looking for a creative innovator who can enhance our brand awareness and affinity through compelling social ideas that align with our values. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the contemporary social and influencer marketing landscape, self-motivated, and adept at meeting deadlines. They will engage in all aspects of content creation, from brainstorming social video concepts and coordinating content capture through our talent network, to swiftly editing short-form videos and writing copy, as well as collaborating with our design and copy teams to test social assets.

In this role you will:
  • Manage the Monthly Social Content Calendar: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Content, Design) to align planning and ensure cohesive content delivery.
  • Lead Daily Channel Operations: Oversee content planning and community management across GOAT social platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Engage with the Community: Actively respond to DMs and engage with relevant content (UGC and talent posts) to nurture existing relationships and build new ones.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Utilize social analytics tools to generate weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports, providing actionable insights that inform future strategies and highlight platform trends.
  • Serve as a Thought Leader: Contribute to creative brainstorms by sharing insights on trends, best practices, and implications for broader teams.
  • Drive Project Timelines: Ensure project milestones are met by effectively managing execution timelines.
  • Create Creative Briefs: Develop compelling briefs to pitch innovative content ideas that will enhance our brand-building efforts.
  • Cast Influencer Talent: Identify and engage relevant influencer talent for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience engagement goals.
  • Support Seeding Moments: Assist in strategizing and executing seeding initiatives to amplify campaign reach and generate organic buzz around product launches and events.

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Experience in creating visually compelling decks to communicate social strategy concepts to the team.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability in refining ideas based on feedback, budget, and timelines.
  • Proficiency in social media listening and analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics).
  • Experience in community management.
  • Skills in articulating and presenting ideas to the broader team and senior management.
  • Strong analytical abilities for measuring success and tracking KPIs.
  • Qualitative research skills, with the capability to interpret social insights and translate them into actionable strategies.

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Hiring Range:
$84,000—$105,000 USD
