The Senior Manager, Content Marketing position will report to the Head of Brand and Content. As the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Earnest's mission, key performance indicators (KPIs), and editorial narratives. Collaborate with product marketing, brand, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across formats such as blog articles, case studies, social media, and video. Manage a team of freelance writers, and partner with designers to bring content to life across channels. Optimize content for SEO, organic growth, and brand awareness, while refining strategies based on performance metrics. Your Impact: Shape and promote Earnest’s mission through engaging, high-quality content. Drive organic growth and increase brand awareness through strategic content initiatives. Elevate content performance by leveraging data-driven insights and refining content strategies. Ensure consistent, cohesive messaging across platforms, enhancing brand identity and visibility. Create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and support Earnest's business goals. About You: 6+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of published work. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. Ability to distill complex topics into approachable, engaging content for a consumer audience. Experience working with designers to create content that is visually compelling and aligned with brand standards. Demonstrated success in applying data to improve content performance. Social media experience, including managing and creating posts for platforms, in collaboration with the Communications team. Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies. Even Better: Experience working in a similarly regulated space. Experience working with Content Management Systems. Where: This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget.
