Job Summary:
Just Play is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to join the Digital Commerce Group. To ensure success as a Program Manager the ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized and excel at understanding how to move creative projects from step to step. This role is essential in ensuring all the assets needed for the ecommerce product pages are completed on time and on budget. Central to that goal, this role makes sure creative professionals have everything they need to produce high-quality photography assets. Digital commerce is becoming increasingly more complicated, competitive, and moving more quickly than ever. This person will play a pivotal role in growing our digital business by helping to bring process, order, and streamlining asset development. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, resource management, and project coordination, with a keen ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions to keep projects on track. Must be able to work well under pressure and with quick timelines.
Your main KPIs are delivering all assets on-time and on-budget.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Resource Coordination: Manage the logistics of obtaining product samples, props, talent booked, and other necessary materials for the creative team, ensuring timely access to anything that is needed to create digital assets.
- Project Management: Own the planning and scheduling of digital asset projects, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables align with strategic objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative team and external vendors or stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration, while facilitating meetings and discussions to align team members on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Problem Solving and Mitigation: Anticipate challenges that may arise during the production process and develop short- and long-term mitigation strategies to keep projects moving forward and quickly identify solutions to obstacles, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness to address unexpected issues.
- Quality Assurance: Support the creative team in maintaining high standards for photography assets, ensuring that all materials align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Document and report regularly on project progress, resource needs, and any challenges encountered, while maintaining accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and other relevant metrics to inform future projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, digital media, business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, production support, or content-related role, preferably within the creative or e-commerce sectors.
- Must have a passion for children’s consumer goods and entertainment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and project management tools and software, with a solid understanding of digital asset management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work across teams and synthesize feedback and input from multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to lift up to 20lbs (packing, shipment, staging, etc. of product samples).
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
