Are you an experienced Executive Chef passionate about Farm to Table dining and creative culinary expression? We're searching for a visionary chef who can redefine our culinary experience while inspiring a team of culinary professionals. Key Responsibilities

Menu Development: Design innovative, high-quality menus that reflect our Farm to Table ethos.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a skilled kitchen team to deliver excellence.
Operational Excellence: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and food safety standards.
Supplier Collaboration: Partner with local suppliers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients while staying within budget.
Special Events: Plan and execute memorable events and catering operations focused on guest satisfaction.
Industry Trends: Stay ahead of culinary trends to continually refine and elevate our offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef with a track record of excellence.
Expertise in menu development, food cost control, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and inspire a diverse team.
Passion for innovation and knowledge of current culinary trends.
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred.
Certification in food safety and sanitation.
Bonus: Experience with nose-to-tail menu planning and whole-body butchery.
