About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Creative Director to lead its dynamic Creative Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creative strategy, development, and execution of brand and creative B2B marketing across the company's corporate and regional markets. This role demands a leader who can scale Creative Services to meet the needs of a rapidly growing SaaS business, manage a design team, and champion design thinking across the marketing function. The Executive Creative Director will also be tasked with ensuring that all marketing materials resonate with the company's values and have a deep understanding of the target audience and product offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a B2B technology setting, and a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top creative talent. The role requires an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, with high proficiency in interactive and web design, and a fundamental understanding of UX best practices. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, design excellence, and versatility in complex B2B marketing applications.
