Role Overview:
As the Creative Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our creative service offering, responsible for crafting compelling content, developing strong copy, managing social media channels, and driving creative campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will combine your expertise in copywriting and social media with a strategic mindset to enhance our client’s brand presence, engage their community, and achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and provide feedback on engaging, original, and on-brand copy for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, advertisements, and more.
- Social Media Management: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the strategy team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media channels to optimize strategies and drive data-informed decisions.
- Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in tone and style across all content, maintaining and refining the brand’s voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with growth and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and social media platform updates to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Team & Client Management: Collaborate with team members to deliver top quality content and social performance while managing client expectations and relationships
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a creative marketing role with a focus on copywriting and social media management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including analytics and scheduling software.
- A track record of successfully creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Experience with SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
