The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced full-time Creative Video Producer to assist with the day-to-day needs of the Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be one with a robust video production portfolio, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and a desire to continue to grow in the field.

MANAGER Director of Colts Productions

DIRECT REPORTS None

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Produce, shoot and edit engaging video content for all Colts' digital platforms
  • Shoot Colts' games, practices, events, and features
  • Shoot and edit Colts' Press Conferences
  • Shoot and edit Colts' community outreach events
  • Shoot and edit Colts' Podcasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to finish projects in a timely manner
  • Assist in media management and footage labeling
  • Travel for in-season road games as well as off-season feature productions


QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred).
  • Advanced non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset.
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Davinci Resolve or Lumetri Color
    • Arri and Sony Cinema Camera eco-systems
  • A strong understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
  • Effective communication skills in both managing and willingness to accept, discuss and implement feedback.
  • A demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and alongside multiple creative verticals.
  • Be able to showcase a strong knowledge of the NFL.
