KellyMitchell Group is hiring: Creative Technical Writer in Lake Mary

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Creative Technical Writer who will work directly with SMEs, process owners and end users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides. This opportunity is located in Lake Mary, FL!

Duties:

• Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community
• Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined
• Develop and maintain approved templates for the documentation
• Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the COP backlog
• Support the semiannual attestation of all documented processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience
• 4+ years of experience in Documentation, technical script writing, L&D, or Communications
• General Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides), mandatory experience with Salesforce as a user, admin experience desirable
• Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective
