Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Creative Production Specialist (official title: Creative Specialist I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The ideal candidate is extremely eager to learn, is detail-oriented, and has experience with creative set productions. You will work closely with a team of creatives to help bring stories to life. You will be responsible for budget management and will assist with keeping the team on track to meet the deadlines. You have a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You’re a team player and thrive in a creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage paperwork, location permits, invoices, insurance forms, and miscellaneous administrative work.
• Actively collaborate in brainstorming sessions.
• Organize catering for production shoots.
• Manage end-to-end process from pre-production to post-production budgets.
• Possess a strong understanding of set design and familiarity with prop houses and production truck rentals.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to organize workflows and document approvals to meet shoot deadlines.
• Assist with finding locations for production.

Job Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in set design
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate under pressure across multiple time zones
• Must have reliable form of transportation
• Strong knowledge of the apparel industry

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Mandarin

Pay

$24.47/hour min. - $34.42/hour max.
