One of our clients is looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be in charge of coaching and supporting some of the biggest Creators in the online space. From helping them build and optimize their business, to brainstorming which digital products to sell..you'll be there every step of the way!

Your Objective: Build a world-class Ambassador Program - one that others draw inspiration from and Creators can't wait to be apart of!

Our Company is looking for someone who:

• Is a scrappy, dedicated hustler who prides themselves on creative, clever outreach - How will you differentiate yourself among the hundreds of DMs and emails a Creator receives?
• Can build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with 100s of top Creators, convincing them to not only join our Ambassador Program, but continuously refer their audience!
• Can manage a pipeline of 100s of Creators and keep them on schedule (i.e. consistently posting on social media about our company)
• Has a strong intuition for PR and gift-giving - How can you identify what incentivizes Creators and then scale it?
• Has a savvy intuition for what kind of content performs well on social - Can you find out what this is and coach our Creators to implement and execute?
• Is looking for a ton of autonomy, growth, and impact - We're moving fast and a lot is changing, so we need to top talent to come, hit the ground running, and partner with us to build this from the ground up.
• Is a quick learner who's passionate about understanding all the ins and outs of our product.

Qualifications

• Sales / Relationship Management Experience:
• Prior experience in Sales, Creator/Influencer Relations or Account Management is strongly ideal, but not required
• At the end of the day, we're looking for conviction that we can trust you to pound the phones and hit the DMs, while also treating our clients exceptionally well.
• Ability to crush back-to-back calls and feel energized. You not only enjoy talking to people, but you have a passion for getting to know them on a deeper level and know how to get them to trust you.
• Is intimately familiar with how top brands like Alo, Gymshark, Red Bull, and Revolve go-to-market through influencers
• Cultural Fit:
• Strong Work Ethic and Execution: Will do whatever it takes to get the job done and is a 'high throughput' person
• Not Afraid of a Challenge: We move fast and things are constantly changing. We need someone who thrives in this environment and isn't afraid to roll with the punches.
• Deeply Empathetic: You truly care about each and every Creator you interact with and understand the gravity of how important their success is - they're human beings who need us to show up every single day!

• Love for Content Creation / Social Media:
• Is a Content Creator or has strong experience working with Creators
• Strong personal experience with social media
