Job Description: Our client is looking to hire a Product Designer. Our client works in the Pivotal framework so the teams include one product manager, one developer, and one designer. This product designer will be working with internal teams like the sales team to customize and modernize Salesforce.

Need:
-Strong Visual Design Skills as a product designer
-Interaction Design
-Has worked on large enterprise level challenges that are massive in complexity
-Comfortable with UX Research, conducting interviews and surveys, using data and facts to earn design 'buy-in' from business stakeholders
-Must have worked as a Product Designer previously
-Comfortable with designing in an enterprise environment
-Tolerant of enterprise processes/and infrastructure
 

Additional Information:65 people on the Design team globally.
 

Work Environment: Must be onsite 5 days a week. The environment is an open floor plan and very collaborative. There are shared desks right now as they modernize the environment.

Non-Technical Skills: PORTFOLIO
Needs to tell a story and frame a case study
What they did, what they didn't do
Who else is on the team
They how they think, came to final work product, process in book and work involved in process
not design thinking and all that, it can be ugly, vast quantity of data and found signal in the noise
