Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a freelance Digital Designer with proficiency in HubSpot for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is 100% remote!


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Designer with experience in HubSpot to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, technical expertise, and a passion for creating visually engaging digital assets that drive user engagement and achieve business objectives. This role will focus on developing and optimizing digital content, primarily within the HubSpot platform, while ensuring brand consistency and a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including email templates, landing pages, web pages, and marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project goals and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Customize and optimize HubSpot templates to enhance user engagement and functionality.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and test responsive designs for various devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine designs and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on design trends, HubSpot advancements, and best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of digital design experience, with proven expertise in HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices and web accessibility standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
