Robert Half is hiring: Motion Graphic Designer in Lorain

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our team based in Lorain, Ohio. In this role, you will be using your creative skills to design and animate graphics, while also ensuring they align with brand awareness strategies. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Prepare design plans, concept, and layout for a motion graphic project.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to develop innovative designs and animations.
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.• Motion Graphic Designer should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a must for the role.
• Competency in using Adobe Creative Cloud suite is required.
• Experience with Adobe Flash is essential.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator is expected.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is necessary for this role.
• Ability to create effective advertisements is needed.
• Experience in animation is a key requirement.
• Knowledge in designing banner ads is required.
• Ability to contribute to brand awareness through creative designs is a must.
• Experience in creating brochures is necessary.
• Proficiency in HTML5 is a key requirement for this role.
