Job Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Instructional Systems Designer in the finance industry, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in creating transformative digital solutions for our clients in financial services, real estate, and technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop e-Learning modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate Studio.
• Leverage your expertise in Adult Learning Theory and blended learning to create effective and engaging training materials.
• Utilize AB Testing to optimize the learning experience and ensure the effectiveness of training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into design deliverables.
• Incorporate elements of gamification to enhance user engagement and improve learning outcomes.
• Use tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Articulate Storyline to create interactive learning experiences.
• Create design systems utilizing Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Play a crucial role in the development of SaaS-based software by focusing on stakeholder collaboration and effective communication.
• Develop and implement a chatbot feature to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate information architecture to ensure user-friendly navigation and efficient information retrieval
• Proven experience in the finance industry.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate for creating interactive multimedia presentations or learning materials.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud for designing, editing, and prototyping user experiences.
• Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver for web design and development.
• Ability to use Articulate Storyline for e-learning course development.
• Experience with Articulate Studio for rapid e-learning course creation.
• Proficiency in AB Testing to optimize learning experiences and outcomes.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory to design effective training programs for our employees.
• Experience in Blended Learning, incorporating both online digital media with traditional classroom methods.
• Capability to produce Deliverables on time and within scope.
• Proven ability to create e-Learning Modules for a variety of topics and audience
