We are offering a contract for a User Experience (UX) Designer position in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of our software products, taking them from concept to front-end development. You will also use a variety of tools and platforms, including Figma, JIRA, and GitHub, and communicate effectively with clients to manage their requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize Figma to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Employ JIRA and GitHub for project management and version control.
• Contribute to front-end application development using Java.
• Use our AI requirements gathering tool to meet with customers and create transcripts that help shorten the design cycle.
• Develop wireframes that detail every action of the user journey.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage their requirements and expectations.
• Monitor the performance of the designs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other team members to build software that not only works, but also delivers a pleasant user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends and techniques to ensure our designs remain relevant and effective.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of work across all.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Experience in Android Development
• Familiarity with AB Testing
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Ability to create and enhance brand awareness
• Proficiency in CSS
• Understanding of digital design principles
• Proficiency in using Figma
• Experience in creating wireframes
• Ability to design and create high fidelity wireframes
• Experience in translating user and business needs into functional designs
