Pay: $60k-$70k/yr

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a creative mindset, enabling them to transform concepts into precise and functional designs. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to create detailed drawings and models that meet project specifications. The CAD Designer will play a crucial part in ensuring that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and feasible.

Duties

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models using software such as Sketchup, Revit, SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
• Create visual representations of designs through graphic design techniques, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on project developments..

Experience

• Proficiency in CAD software including Sketchup, Revit, SolidWorks, Grasshopper, and Rhinoceros 3D is essential.
• Experience in graphic design is highly desirable to support the visualization of concepts.
• Background in interior design or mechanical design is a plus.
• Familiarity with 2D animation techniques can enhance presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
