Location: Hybrid (Remote Mondays and Fridays, In-Office Tuesdays through Thursdays)
About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team of five Graphic Designers led by a Creative Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team transitioning towards a more digital and agile focus. Currently, the team's work is approximately 75% print production and 25% animation, with a goal of reaching a 50/50 balance in the next year. This role offers exposure to a variety of campaigns and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling designs across digital and print mediums. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure all assets align with the client's brand and business objectives.
- Create high-quality, original designs that adhere to the visual identity system and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account teams to develop concepts and manage design across all components.
- Design and produce materials such as direct mail, catalogs, emails, digital banners, videos, web pages, and social media assets.
- Develop illustrations, icons, and logos as needed.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Apply feedback to refine designs and enhance project outcomes.
- Prepare production-ready files, including pre-flighting and releasing assets to vendors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital technologies, and design tools to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.
- Contribute to team process improvements for optimal efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong background in print production, including direct mail, catalogs, and other print materials.
- Experience designing for digital mediums, including animation and video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
