Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join C&W's dynamic Tri-State marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables across the entire Tri-State region. This role involves working on diverse projects such as team business development, proposals, and presentations, research thought pieces and retail property marketing. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing materials to effectively communicate critical messages and key selling propositions, ensuring a consistent theme is maintained throughout. The Graphic Designer is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of design support and expertise.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables, including but not limited to research thought pieces, team business development, proposals, presentations, retail property marketing, internal communications and ad hoc design support
Develops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
Develops unique creative approaches to each new business development projects so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme
Creates illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials
Implements and maintains a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standards
Develops a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business in order to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materials
Participates as a strong team member of National Marketing, actively contributing to National Marketing initiatives
Collaborates with Local/Regional/National Design teams
Communicates effectively with the other Marketing Team members and Project Leads, so that product is delivered accurately, on time and to the internal clients specifications
Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, graphics or the creative arts
2 + years of graphic design experience of marketing and corporate materials
Proficiency in the software listed below with corresponding skill levels:
Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat -Expert
Microsoft Office Suite -Highly Proficient
Microsoft Teams -Desirable
Web design (Working knowledge of front-end development): Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc. -Desirable
Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects) -Desirable
Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and enhance visual appeal.
Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create visually compelling and professional graphics.
Typography and Layout Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles to create visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing materials.
Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, understanding project objectives and delivering designs that align with stakeholders' expectations.
Time Management and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design materials.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $67,150.00 - $79,000.00
