Coalition Life is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in advancing the organization's mission by designing impactful and visually engaging marketing, promotional, and informational materials for both our supporters and the clients we serve. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the pro-life movement and an ability to translate complex messages into clear, compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life.
  • Develop a wide range of high-quality, creative content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, social media, and special events that support Coalition Life's mission and outreach efforts.
  • Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in style and messaging across all design platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Community Engagement and Stewardship teams to produce engaging content that aligns with Coalition Life's brand and objectives.
  • Design graphics for use on websites, social media channels, and email campaigns, utilizing design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Produce print-ready materials including flyers, posters, banners, and event collateral with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions that meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to Coalition Life's brand guidelines and visual identity standards, maintaining consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Regularly review and update designs to ensure they are fresh, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard tools as needed.
  • Extensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience designing for both web and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and development.
  • Passion for the pro-life mission and a strong alignment with Coalition Life's values.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being adaptable to the needs of the team.
