Job Title: BIM Designer Job Description We are looking for a BIM Designer to join our team specializing in precast concrete structures. Our primary focus includes commercial structures, parking garages, and large-scale stadiums. As a BIM Designer, you will use Revit to design precast structures, develop drawings, and assist with concept designs for customers. Responsibilities Utilize Revit to design precast structures to avoid assembly and fabricating clashing Develop Revit drawings, erection drawings, and piece tickets for fabrication of assembly drawings Assist salespeople by designing concept drawings for customers Create, maintain, and uphold documentation for drawings and standards Essential Skills 2+ years of BIM designing/modeling in Revit 1+ year of experience in precast concrete Experience with structural analysis Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with construction design Skill in precast, BIM, and modeling Work Environment The position is based in a quiet office setting with a total engineering group of roughly 6 people. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Relocation assistance is available. The company offers good benefits and a 4.5% 401k match once direct.
