The Digital Designer has many responsibilities to support the growth of sales at ELB through visual information and design. This role will focus on creating digital content and graphical artwork within our established brand guidelines to support various sources of media, including emails, flyers, collateral materials, web banners, websites, videos, signage and more. This role will be directly involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design new and update current marketing materials following ELB's guidelines Assist with digital media content creation Lead website design improvements and maintenance Prepare finished copy and art for both digital and print design projects Support email campaign design and execution Drive video and motion graphic content creation, production, and publication Oversee and execute photoshoots for new product releases or customer stories Contribute to external company branding ideas and efforts (ie. branded apparel, vehicle and facility signage, etc.) Provide strategic oversight to the ELB US brand and all its elements and improvements Provide quality control over own work Perform other duties as assigned and required Key skills required for the job: Creativity and innovative thinking Excellent graphic design skills 5+ years print and digital design experience Adobe Creative Suite expert - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Highly skilled in various web design pages and applications, including HTML and CSS Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong multi-tasking, time management and organization skills Ability to work independently and in a small group setting Excellent communication skills Experience designing for both web and offline Demonstrated portfolio of past work Desired Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts or related field Video production and/or animation experience Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays And more...
