Working collaboratively, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of designs that live within the recently re-imagined Auditorium Brand Guidelines. Future creative designs must be aligned with marketing and brand strategies. The graphic designer will have the opportunity to flex a wide variety of creative design muscles providing solutions from start to finish across a number of communication pieces and initiatives ranging from video, illustration, digital/social, email, website, collateral and so much more.
The ideal candidate will be passionate and excited about understanding, evolving and helping The Auditorium Brand stand out and visually communicate its storytelling, messaging and offerings, while extending their own personal design skills. They will also be collaborative, possess strong communication skills and enjoy working quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment sometimes under tight deadlines.
Position Responsibilities: Manage the innovative conception, design execution and production of marketing materials and collateral across The Auditorium Brand.
Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize alongside all internal departments – marketing, development, operations, box office, sales, ticketing, finance, etc. to help execute multichannel marketing and The Auditorium campaigns.
Use feedback from leadership to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately and represent the Brand appropriately.
Uphold and expand the company’s Brand style guidelines, ensuring visual brand alignment across all projects.
Responsible for meeting all deadlines, project strategy timelines and prioritizing workload. Stay updated on design and marketing trends, providing informed recommendations to keep the Brand fresh and relevant.
Assist with event and presentation support, providing design assets and working with external vendors as needed.
Take ownership of design concepts from start to finish, with the freedom to innovate and lead projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, and 2-3 years of relevant experience working for a company or agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator) and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
A passion for design with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, functional designs, knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to work within and improve established Brand design systems.
Video, animation and motion graphics editing experience a plus.
Excellent visual sense for high-quality creative concepts and proven ability to execute.
Familiarity with project management concepts and tools – specifically Asana.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
Team-oriented and driven to achieve personal and team marketing goals.
Detailed knowledge of the entertainment industry, superior communication skills.
