The Graphic Designer is tasked with creating and developing engaging, on-brand graphics across various media. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer and collaborates cross-functionally with the marketing and video teams to produce high-quality digital assets that align with our brand strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to develop and execute creative concepts across various channels.
  • Design impactful digital assets, including website banners, landing pages, email templates, infographics, and social media graphics that support the brand.
  • Regularly update event content sites and marketing landing pages to ensure they are visually appealing and current.
  • Manage the company's digital image library.
  • Maintain and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining style guides and design standards.
  • Support content marketing with visually compelling designs effectively conveying LeadingRE's brand.
  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design software.
  • Actively participate in marketing team meetings, sharing ideas and knowledge.

This job is based in our Chicago HQ where we have a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3+ years graphic design experience
  • Proven success working with marketing clients (in-house or agency)
  • theory: understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, illustration, and color theory; ability to produce high-quality work and pay attention to the smallest details.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback from multiple sources and iterative design processes.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint; a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS; advanced web coding skills are a plus.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working with web developers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid model - two days a week in the Chicago office
  • Flexible work hours may be necessary when facing project deadlines.
  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
  • Video shoots require standing at times.
  • Must be able to operate camera, microphone, and lighting.
  • Must be able to pack, transport, and set video equipment for occasional offsite shoots.
