Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a full service communications firm to hire a Senior Graphic Designer.
This is a hybrid role in either Philadelphia, PA or Nashville, TA. You are expected to work from 8am-4pm CT (9am-5pm ET).

Innovative and fast-paced marketing and communications firm in Nashville seeks a seasoned graphic designer to lead its creative services department. This is a hybrid position. This is your chance to work with large national and international energy and technology clients on a variety of print and digital projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative services department
- Work on multiple time-sensitive print and digital projects
- Own the design process from ideation to completion
- Work with web development team to create websites and mobile application layouts
- Coordinate with outside agencies, printers, etc. to complete projects
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner and keep internal teams appraised of progress
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in graphic and creative design, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience creating brands (from conceptualization to execution)
- Experience designing professional, sleek PowerPoint presentations
- Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong digital and print design experience
- Understanding of user interface and user experience as it relates to website and mobile application development
- Familiarity with brand guidelines
- Ability to correctly prep files for print
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Nice to haves but not required:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Adobe After Effects
- Animation skills (Adobe Animate)
