Job Description
Experienced Editor needed ASAP!This is a CONTRACT and 90% remote position. This position is part-time up to 15 hours/week (could be more as needed).
You will be required to come into the office (NW Houston) to be trained and for meetings as required.

Duties:
- Proofreading and editing marketing and communication collateral
- Drafting copy for newsletters and marketing materials
- Editing educational products (books and curriculum supplements)
- Must reside in Texas
- Recent 2yrs minimum experience proofreading and editing material
- Recent 2yrs minimum experience copywriting/drafting copy
- Strong language and communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, research skills, and critical thinking.
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
- MUST BE ABLE TO EDIT WORD DOCUMENTS AND PDF DOCUMENTS
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
